I started as a developer at Smucker's, shipping 15+ branded websites alongside the marketing team — that's where I learned how the data actually gets generated.
Then I moved into pure analytics consulting at Bounteous, working with brands like Domino's Canada and Skechers, before spending five years at Google as an Analytical Lead embedded with global Food & Beverage clients.
I have a CS degree, so I'm comfortable in the weeds — debugging dataLayer, writing SQL, untangling attribution. But I'm just as comfortable in a room of marketers, explaining what to do with what we found.
